PC | Lost Planet 2 moved up a week

I was on the site www.evilcontrollers.com and was looking for a controller that did rapid fire I clearly seen there was 1 for for rapid fire and 1 for fast reload and on 1 of the reviews for the fast reload one some guy was saying he was so happy because it helped him with the fal because it made it automatic I wanted to know if there was a diffrence between both like does the fast reload one still have rapid fire in it while still having the fast reload option?
